Do your products contain harsh chemicals?+
No. Our range is mechanical and enzyme-based. The tools clear clogs with physical force alone — no chemicals, no electricity. The enzyme range uses natural enzyme cultures. We do not sell acid- or alkali-based drain products of any kind.
Is the enzyme drain powder safe?+
Yes. The Enzyme Drain Cleaner Powder is non-corrosive, non-toxic, biodegradable and septic-safe, and contains no acids, alkalis or harsh chemicals. It's safe for PVC and metal pipes. As with any household product, keep it out of reach of children (P102) and do not ingest it. See our Product Safety & Disclaimer page for full guidance.
Are these products a replacement for a plumber?+
No. We sell consumer drain-care tools and maintenance products only. They handle everyday household clogs, but they are not a substitute for a licensed plumber and we do not provide plumbing repair or installation services. For anything beyond a routine clog — multiple fixtures backing up, pressurised lines, sewer mains — please consult a qualified professional.
How much is shipping and how long does it take?+
Shipping is free on orders of $55.00 USD or more, otherwise a flat $6.95 USD. We dispatch within 1–2 business days; transit typically runs 2–14 business days depending on region. Full details on our Shipping & Delivery page.
Do you ship worldwide?+
Yes, we ship worldwide with tracked delivery. Any customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.
What's your returns policy?+
You have a 14-day right to cancel under UK consumer law, beginning the day after you receive your order. Sealed consumables (enzyme powder, deodoriser beads) can't be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons. See Returns & Cancellation.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept major cards via Stripe and PayPal. Checkout is secure and encrypted. Card charges appear on your statement as CATLINPH STORE.
What currency are prices in?+
All prices and shipping charges are in US Dollars (USD). Your bank or card provider applies any currency conversion for non-USD accounts.
Will my order be tracked?+
Yes. Every order ships with tracked delivery, and your tracking number is emailed to you when your order is dispatched.
Do you offer bulk or trade pricing?+
Yes. Landlords, letting agents, hosts and property managers can request tailored bulk pricing via our Bulk & Property enquiry form.
Are the products covered by a warranty?+
Our tools are built to last and covered against manufacturing defects. If anything arrives faulty or fails in normal use, contact us at support@catlinph.shop and we'll repair, replace or refund. This is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Which tool should I use for my clog?+
