This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data when you visit our Site or place an order, and the rights you have over your data.

What data we collect
- Identity & contact data: name, email, phone, billing and delivery address.
- Order data: items purchased, order value and history, communications with us.
- Payment data: handled by our payment processors. We do not store full card numbers.
- Technical & usage data: IP address, device/browser type, and — with your consent — analytics about how you use the Site.
How we use it & legal bases
- To fulfil your order — processing, shipping and support (performance of a contract).
- To take payment and prevent fraud (contract and legitimate interests).
- To meet legal and tax obligations (legal obligation).
- To improve the Site and measure traffic via analytics (consent).
- To send marketing, only where you have opted in (consent — you can withdraw it any time).
Cookies
We use essential cookies and, with your consent, analytics cookies. See our Cookie Policy and the cookie banner to manage your choices.
Third-party processors
We share data only with service providers who help us run the business, under contract:

- Shipping carriers — to deliver your order.
- Resend — to send transactional and (where opted in) marketing email.
- Privacy-respecting analytics — to understand Site usage (only with consent).
Data retention
We keep order and transaction records for as long as needed to fulfil the order and to meet legal, accounting and tax requirements (generally up to 6–7 years). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained for a limited period.
International transfers
Some of our processors operate outside the UK/EEA. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.
