1. Introduction & company identity

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of https://catlinph.shop(the “Site”) and your purchase of our products. By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these terms. The Site is operated by:

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are buying as a consumer for personal, household use unless you have arranged trade or bulk terms with us.

3. Orders & pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and exclude any applicable customs duties or import taxes. We take care to price and describe products accurately, but errors can occur; if we discover an error in the price or description of an item you ordered, we will contact you and may cancel the order and refund any payment. Your order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed when we send your shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud or stock issues).

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe and PayPal. We do not store your full card details. Card payments appear on your statement as CATLINPH STORE. Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.

7. Product use & safety disclaimer

We sell consumer drain-care tools and enzyme-based maintenance products. We do not provide plumbing repair, installation or maintenance services, and our products are not a substitute for a licensed plumber. Our mechanical tools are operated manually; our enzyme powder is non-corrosive, non-toxic, biodegradable and septic-safe. You agree to follow all instructions and safety guidance supplied with each product and on our Product Safety page, to keep products away from children, and to use them only for their intended household purpose. Do not use any tool on pressurised, gas or electrical systems.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, product copy, images, logos and design — is owned by or licensed to CATLIN PLUMBING & HEATING LTD and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the price you paid for the product(s) concerned. We are not liable for loss or damage that is not a foreseeable result of our breach, or for misuse of a product contrary to its instructions. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law — and nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

10. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place an order applies to that order. We'll post any changes on this page with a revised date.
